Mask Depot sources its products through various suppliers and distributors globally, primarily in Asia. We rely on the representations these suppliers have made about their products to describe them and any ratings associated with them. While we do check received inventory visually for quality, and randomly select products and inspect to ensure they meet our expectations, we do not have any ability to test the products to ensure they have the properties that have been represented by the suppliers.

No mask is capable of protecting you 100% against any other dangerous substance or virus.  In particular, the COVID-19 version of the coronavirus is a new virus that is not yet fully understood.  We cannot and  do not guarantee that our masks will protect you against the COVID-19 coronavirus, and we disclaim any liability of any nature if anyone making use of products sold by Mask Depot contracts the Coronavirus or any other virus or medical condition.

Health measures that work for some people may not necessarily work for others. Different people have different levels of sensitivity, and as such, may require different types of masks to protect against the same type and concentration of substance. A mask improperly used may do little to protect you from any offending substance and may even worsen your exposure in some cases.
